The mayor of Bristol has announced that speed cameras across the city will be switched back on after they were turned off two years ago. Mayor George Ferguson said that work will start in 2014 to re-commission the 26 speed and traffic light cameras that lost funding from central government in 2011. Chevrolet has rolled out the Silverado 1500 Crew Cab Special Service Vehicle meant for law enforcement use, and this truck has a few tricks up its sleeve. The Fisker Karma Plug-In Hybrid will do 80mpg
But now we have some official figures from Fisker courtesy of SAE. The new Fisker Karma will – in normal motoring – average out at a shade over 80mpg. Which considering it will get to 60mph in under 6 seconds and produces a total of 400bhp is quite remarkable.
